SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how NovaCare Practice Management PLLC (‘NovaCare’, ‘we’), operating the Salcore platform at salcoreai.com, collects and uses information.

Salcore sends text messages on behalf of healthcare providers (“Clinics”) to deliver medical assessment links and related service notifications. We receive mobile phone numbers from the Clinic, not directly from message recipients. Before any message is sent, the Clinic confirms to Salcore that the patient’s parent or guardian (or the patient, where applicable) has consented to receive these messages. We store the phone number, the Clinic’s consent attestation (including who recorded it and when), and records of messages sent and received.

We use this information solely to deliver the messages the recipient has consented to receive. Messages are informational healthcare communications; we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator. All other use and disclosure categories described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

We share phone numbers only with service providers acting on our behalf strictly to deliver these messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only for that purpose.

Recipients can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from Salcore. After opting out, one final message confirms the opt-out and no further texts are sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@salcore.com / (682) 868-1181. Recipients may also ask their Clinic to remove their number.
