About Salcore

1. Who we are

Salcore is a healthcare platform that helps clinics deliver medical assessments to patients and their families securely, by text, without apps or logins. Salcore is built and operated by NovaCare Practice Management PLLC.

2. What we do

Clinics use Salcore to send patients or parents and guardians of young patients, a secure link to complete medical assessments before or after a visit. No downloads, no passwords: a text message with a private link, with consent recorded by the clinic and the ability to opt out at any time.

We built Salcore because assessment paperwork shouldn’t depend on clipboards in waiting rooms or chased-down emails.

3. Leadership

Ali leads all operations at Salcore, from clinic onboarding to day-to-day delivery. He brings several years of experience building and managing provider practices, having led operations across multiple healthcare setups, experience that shapes how Salcore fits into real clinic workflows rather than adding to them.

4. Trust & compliance

Salcore is designed for healthcare: patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest, messages never contain medical details (only a secure personal link), consent is recorded before any message is sent, and every message includes the option to opt out. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
